1. Shri Mukesh G Gupta has been working in the field of Disability Rehabilitation since last two deacdes. He undertook several projects of different Universities, Rotary International, Central Government, Delhi Government, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), among others. He had the opportunity to work with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam ( Bharat Ratna & Former President of India), under his project ‘What Can I Give’. Dr. Kalam was happy to release the Disability Anthem written by Shri Mukesh G Gupta on World Mental Health Day 2013 on his visit to the Vision Special School. Shri Gupta has authored several papers and books and edited publication of CBSE apart from undertaking prestigious project of CBSE; namely
(a) School Quality Assessment and Accreditation (SQAA)
(b) Student Global Aptitude Index (SGAI).
Shri Mukesh G Gupta is the founder of National Aptitude Test (NAT) which was recognized by over 200 Higher Education Institutions / Universities apart from several State Governments. He is also the recipient of over three dozen awards /recognitions. He has been the Lead Author / Consultant / Advisor / Resource person with Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). He has worked with offices of UNESCO, Central & State Governments, Zonal Coordinator of Delhi & Haryana on behalf of Rehabilitation Council of India, Counsellor with Times Internet Ltd. , Ambassador for ‘Awareness on Thalassemia’ among others. He has written over 100 poems and is the Chief Editor of “SHEJ” Disability Research Rehabilitation Journal and author of “Sapno Ki Azadi”. His qualification include MA in Sociology, B.Ed. (Learning disability), PGDM, PGDGC, B.Com(Hons) apart from a programme in Cross Disability. He is the GC member of NIEPMD, Chennai and Member of the District level Vigilance and Monitoring Committee under SC / ST (Prevention of atrocities) Act, 1989, Government of NCT of Delhi
2. Ms. Kusum Anchal Gupta is the Chairperson of Vision Institutions and is doing pioneer work in the field of Disability Rehabilitation. Apart from being a Gold Medalist in M.Ed. (Intellectual Disability), she is M.Sc. Zoology (Hons), B.Ed, Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling, Post Graduate Diploma Rehabilitation Psychology & Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation) and course in Cross Disability. She has contributed immensely in raising the community awareness by holding large scale events in capital city of Delhi. She has undertaken several projects for the Welfare of Persons with Disability, Asha-Worker, ANMs, and Teacher Trainees.
She has also compiled a book namely “Benefits & Concession for the Divyangjan” alongwith Shri Mukesh G Gupta, which was well received and appreciated by all. She has launched the Divyangjan Kit for the development of CWSN, which was commended in different quarters. Apart from the above, she has received several awards and recognitions and has been nominated on the various committees by State/Central Govt. Bodies. She is an honorary member of the District Sexual Harassment Committee at work-place, Grievance Committee for PwDs in Delhi Police, EC member of NIEPMD Chennai and GC member of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
