To provide financial assistance to differently-abled mothers for childcare until the child turns two years old.

Benefits

Financial Support:

1. ₹2,000/- per month

2. Until the child turns two years old

3. A mother can benefit twice under the scheme for different deliveries

4. Priority given if both parents are differently abled (husband must have ≥ 40% disability)

Eligibility

A. Disability Criteria:

1. The mother must have 60% or more disability as per RPwD Act 2016

2. Priority if both parents are PwD (husband must have ≥ 40% disability)

B. Residential Criteria:

1. Must be a native and resident of Kerala

C. Income Criteria:

1. Annual family income should not exceed ₹1,00,000/-

D. Child Criteria:

1. The mother must have a child less than two years old

2. Application must be submitted within 6 months of delivery

A. Disability Proof:

1. Medical Board Certificate or UDID Card of the mother

2. If applicable, Medical Board Certificate of the husband

B. Childbirth Proof:

1. Discharge certificate from the hospital

C. Income Proof:

1. Income Certificate

2. If BPL, copy of Ration Card

D. Bank Details:

1. Copy of Bank Passbook

E. Additional (if care giver needed):

1. Certificate from Gynaecologist or Paediatrician
