Benefits

Free Travel Concession:

1. Free travel for the beneficiary and one escort within the state.

2. Passbook issued to each eligible beneficiary for accessing travel benefits.

Eligibility

A. Disability Requirement:

1. Must have 40% or more benchmark disability as per the RPwD Act, 2016.

B. Domicile Requirement:

1. Applicant must be a resident of Manipur.

C. Age Group:

1. Applicable to all age groups.
