A. For Children (Age 6 to 18 years):
Free education
Free food
Free shelter
Free clothing
B. For Youth (Above 18 years):
Access to vocational training for skill development and employability
A. The applicant must:
Be a citizen of India
Be a permanent resident of Maharashtra
Have minimum 40% benchmark disability (Visual, Hearing, Orthopaedic, etc.)
A. Obtain and fill the prescribed application form
B. Attach all required documents
C. Submit the application to:
Concerned Government Institution, or
District Social Welfare Office, Zilla Parishad
Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Office, Mumbai Urban / Suburban

Aadhar Card
UDID Card
Residential / Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra
B. Education & Age Proof:
Proof of Age (Birth Certificate / School Certificate)
Proof of Enrolment in Government Institution
C. Others:
Two passport-sized photographs
