a. Must have benchmark disability (40% and above).
b. Should be a resident of Puducherry for at least 5 years.
c. Must be studying in any recognized institution from 1st Standard to Postgraduate/Professional course.
d. Annual family income must not exceed ₹75,000/- from all sources.
