To assist students with disabilities in continuing their academic, technical, or professional education/training so they can become self-reliant and productive members of society.
For students of 1st to 8th class: ₹200 per month
For students of 9th class onwards: ₹300 per month
Scholarship is transferred directly to the student's bank account.
Applicant must be a student with disability (40% and above).
Must be studying in 1st class or higher.
Must have scored at least 40% marks in the previous annual exam.
Family income should not exceed ₹5,000 per month (₹60,000 per annum).
Visit the Office of the District Social Security Officer (DSSO) or District Programme Officer (DPO) in your area.
Fill out the application form and submit it with required documents.
Ensure bank account details are correct, as the scholarship is credited directly.
Disability Certificate / UDID Card (showing minimum 40% disability)
Income Certificate (proving annual income is below ₹60,000)
Copy of Bank Account Passbook of the student
Marksheet of the previous year (showing 40%+ marks)
Passport-size photograph (if required on form)
