A. Applicant must be a resident of Tripura

C. Age of the applicant should be above 10 years
D. Family income should not exceed ₹1,00,000 per annum
E. None of the applicant's family members should be a government employee
A. Step 1: Visit the Office of the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) in your area during office hours
1. Request a hard copy of the application form from the designated staff
2. Alternatively, print the prescribed format of the application form if available
B. Step 2: Fill in all mandatory fields in the application form
1. Paste passport-size photo (signed across if required)
2. Attach copies of all required documents (self-attested, if needed)
C. Step 3: Submit the completed application form and documents to the CDPO office
D. Step 4: Collect a receipt or acknowledgment with date, time, and reference number (if applicable)
