A. Applicant must be a resident of Tripura
B. Must have benchmark disability of 60% or above
C. Applicant should be 10 years or older
D. Annual family income should not exceed ₹1,00,000/-
E. If the family has children aged 6 to 14 years, they must be enrolled in a school recognized by the Government of Tripura
F. Disability must fall under recognized categories of RPwD Act, 2016
A. Step 1: Visit the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) office of the concerned area during working hours
B. Step 2: Request or download the prescribed application form
C. Step 3: Fill in all required fields, paste a passport-size photograph, and attach the necessary documents
D. Step 4: Submit the filled application form with documents to the concerned CDPO
E. Step 5: Collect acknowledgment or receipt of submission, ensuring date and applicant ID are recorded
A. Income Certificate from the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM)
B. Age Proof Certificate (any one):
1. Birth Certificate
2. School Certificate
3. Madhyamik Admit Card
C. Ration Card issued by the Food & Civil Supplies Department
D. Aadhar Card
E. Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate (PRTC) issued by the SDM
F. UDID Card or Registration Number/Slip issued by competent authority
