A. Any one member of the family must be a benchmark disabled person (40% and above) under RPwD Act 2016
B. Must be a resident of Tamil Nadu
A. Step 1: Visit the District Differently Abled Welfare Officer (DDAWO) during office hours
B. Step 2: Request the application form from the designated official
C. Step 3: Fill out the form and attach all required documents (self-attested if necessary)
D. Step 4: Submit the application to the DDAWO
E. Step 5: Request an acknowledgment or receipt with submission details (date, time, and ID number)
