To support and encourage higher education among students with benchmark disabilities (40% and above) pursuing post-matric to postgraduate level courses by providing financial assistance through reimbursement of fees, allowances, and other educational expenses.
a. Tuition Fee Reimbursement:
Full tuition fee reimbursed as per actuals or scheme limit.
b. Maintenance Allowance:
Monthly allowance as per category of course and accommodation type (hosteller/day scholar).
c. Disability Allowance (per annum):
₹4,000 for Visual Impairment/Intellectual Disabilities.
₹2,000 for all other disabilities.
d. Book Allowance:
₹1,500 per annum.
e. Miscellaneous Allowances:
May include exam fees, transport allowance, etc., as per scheme guidelines.
