To provide tri-cycles to eligible persons with benchmark disabilities who are registered construction workers or their dependents, once in a lifetime.
a. Free tri-cycle provided once in a lifetime to eligible beneficiaries.
b. Aimed to enhance mobility and independent functioning of construction workers with disabilities.
a. Must have a minimum 40% benchmark disability (any type under RPwD Act, 2016).
b. The applicant must:
Be a registered construction worker under the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965.
Have contributed regularly to the labour welfare fund.
Have been a beneficiary member of the Board for at least 6 months.
Submit a disability certificate issued by a competent authority.
c. Benefit is allowed only once in a lifetime.
a. Visit the office of CBOCW Welfare Board in Chandigarh.
b. Fill and submit the prescribed application form along with required documents.
c. Ensure you have been registered with the Board for at least 6 months before applying.

Passport size photograph
Copy of Aadhaar Card of the applicant
Copy of Aadhaar Card of nominee (if applicable)
BOCW Card (if issued)
Bank details (passbook or account copy)
Receipt of labour fund payment file

UDID Card
Disability Certificate from a competent authority
c. Filled-in Application Form (from CBOCW Board)
