To provide financial assistance to students with benchmark disabilities for pursuing Master's Degree and Ph.D. programs abroad.
a. Financial Assistance Includes:
Tuition fees, living expenses, and airfare
Contingency allowance and visa charges
Local travel and health insurance costs
b. Income Limit:
Annual family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh per annum
c. Course Coverage:
Master’s Degree and Ph.D. programs only
Offered only in institutions ranked within the top 500 QS Global Rankings
a. Disability Criteria:
Must have 40% or more benchmark disability
Must possess a valid UDID card or benchmark disability certificate
b. Age Criteria:
Must be below 35 years as of the last date of application
c. Academic Qualification:
Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Master’s degree (for Ph.D.)
Minimum 55% in Bachelor's degree (for Master’s program)
d. Admission Criteria:
Must possess an unconditional or conditional offer letter from a QS top 500 foreign institution compatible with scheme guidelines

Complete all fields accurately, including personal, academic, and financial details
c. Submission:
Submit the hard copy of the filled form along with required documents to the designated address mentioned in the form or guidelines
a. Identity and Disability Proof:
Aadhaar Card
UDID Card or valid benchmark disability certificate
b. Academic Documents:
Marksheets and degree certificates of last qualifying examination
Offer letter (unconditional or conditional) from QS-ranked foreign university
c. Income Proof:
Income Certificate issued by a competent authority (not older than 1 year)
d. Age Proof:
Birth certificate or valid government-issued document indicating date of birth
e. Passport:
Photocopy of valid passport
f. Declaration:
Undertaking/declaration regarding not availing any other scholarship for the same course
