To empower adults with blindness by providing vocational and computer training that promotes self-reliance and skill development.

Eligibility

• a) Person must have blindness (40% or above) as defined under RPwD Act, 2016

• b) Age between 18 to 45 years

• c) Must be a resident of Haryana

• d) No income criteria

Application Process (Offline)

• a) Step 1: Visit the concerned Training Centre for Adult Blind

• b) Step 2: Collect and fill the admission/application form

• c) Step 3: Submit the form with necessary documents

• d) Step 4: Appear for counseling or orientation (if applicable)

• e) Step 5: On selection, training will begin as per schedule

• b) (Additional documents like age proof, residence certificate, and photographs may be required at the time of admission)
