Financial Assistance to Non-School Going Disabled Children Scheme

Details

To provide monthly financial assistance to non-school-going children with disabilities (40% and above) in Haryana, helping support their basic needs and care.

Benefits

a) ₹2,150 per month per eligible disabled child in a family

Eligibility

• a) Children must:

  1. Be between 0 to 18 years of age

  2. Have 40% or more disability (as per RPwD Act, 2016)

  3. Not be attending school

• b) The child should not be a beneficiary under any of the following:

  1. Scholarship Schemes

  2. Unemployment Allowance

  3. Handicapped Pension Scheme of the Social Justice & Empowerment Department

Application Process (Offline)

• a) Step 1: Download and print the application form from:

• b) Step 2: Fill in the form and attach required documents

• c) Step 3: Submit the completed form to the District Social Welfare Office or relevant government authority in Haryana

Documents Required

• a) National Identity Card of the Differently Abled (UDID)

• b) Birth Certificate of the child

• c) Any other document as specified by the authority (if required)
