To provide social security and financial assistance to persons with benchmark disabilities (60–100%) in Haryana who are unable to sustain themselves through personal income or resources.
a) Monthly pension amount (as notified by the Government of Haryana)
b) Designed to support individuals with 60–100% disability, including physical, intellectual, and sensory impairments
a) Age:
Must be 18 years or above
b) Domicile:
Must be a resident of Haryana for at least 3 years at the time of application
c) Income Criteria:
Self-income from all sources must not exceed ₹10,661.28/month (as per minimum wages for unskilled labour notified by Labour Department)
d) Disability Criteria (60–100%) includes:
Total absence of sight
Visual acuity not exceeding 3/60 to 10/200 (Snellen) in the better eye with corrective lenses
Non-functional hearing for ordinary life purposes
Orthopaedic disability with permanent disability ≥60%
Intellectual disability with I.Q. ≤50
a) Visit the District Social Welfare Office or CSC (Common Service Centre)
b) Submit filled application along with required documents
c) Verification and approval done at district level
