Disability Pension for Registered Worker (HBOCWWB)

Details

To provide financial support in the form of a monthly pension to registered construction workers who have acquired a disability (70%–100%) due to an infectious disease or accident at the workplace

Benefits

• a) A monthly pension of ₹3,000/- is provided

• b) Applicable only in cases where disability is caused by work-related accidents or infectious diseases

• c) One-time application; pension does not continue after death of the beneficiary

Eligibility

• a) Disability Range:

  1. Must have a disability of 70% to 100%

• b) Worker Status:

  1. Must be a registered worker under the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB)

  2. Minimum of 1 year of membership

• c) Income Criteria:

  1. Must fall Below Poverty Line (BPL)

Application Process (Offline)

• a) Visit the District Labour Welfare Office

• b) Collect and submit the filled-in application form

• c) Attach required documents for verification

Documents Required

• a) Disability Certificate (issued by competent medical authority showing 70%–100% disability)

• b) Any other documents as required, such as:

  1. Aadhar Card

  2. Passport-size photograph

  3. BPL Certificate

  4. Proof of registration with HBOCWWB

  5. Proof of workplace accident or disease (if applicable)
