a) To identify and reserve posts for PwDs in State Government, PSUs, autonomous bodies, private and corporate sectors.
b) To create partnerships between Government and enterprises for employment and skill training.
c) To ensure 3% reservation in all identified posts for PwDs.
d) To assess and enhance the physical, mental, social, and vocational capabilities of PwDs.
e) To promote vocational training, skill development, and self-employment through SHG structures for financial independence.
a) Reservation:
1. 3% posts in various Government departments and public/private establishments are reserved for PwDs.
2. Monitoring mechanisms are in place to ensure these positions are filled.
b) Skill Development & Training:
1. Training need assessment for suitable jobs.
2. Vocational training and skill enhancement in employable trades.
c) Livelihood Promotion:
1. Formation and support of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for financial self-reliance.
a) Person must have 40% or more benchmark disability (as per RPwD Act 2016).
b) Age between 18 to 45 years.
c) No income criteria.
