To provide monthly financial assistance to persons with benchmark disabilities to support their daily needs and promote financial independence.

The applicant must be a Bonafide resident of Himachal Pradesh.
Must have 40% or more disability (as per RPwD Act 2016).
Annual household income must not exceed ₹35,000/-.
Must not be receiving any other pension or allowance from State or Central Government.
Application form can be downloaded from the official website of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Himachal Pradesh.
Submit the completed application along with required documents to the concerned Tehsil Welfare Officer or District Welfare Office.
