Until the inmate completes graduation
Or until the age of 25 years – whichever is earlier
A. Applicant must be a Person with Visual Impairment (40% or more)
B. Age must be between 6 and 21 years at the time of admission
C. Must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir
D. No income restriction applies
A. Admission takes place every year in April, May, and July
B. Seats are limited and admissions are based on availability
C. Application form to be submitted at the District Social Welfare Office
D. Documents will be verified before confirmation of admission

Proof of Age (e.g., Birth Certificate or School Record)

Valid UDID Card for Visual Impairment (≥ 40%)

Any additional documents as required by the District Social Welfare Office
