One-time cash award for students with benchmark disabilities who have completed:

1. Graduate / Equivalent Degree

2. Postgraduate Courses

3. Professional Courses

Eligibility

A. Disability Criteria:

1. Benchmark disability of 40% and above (as per RPwD Act, 2016)

B. Educational Qualification:

1. Must have passed Degree / PG / Professional Courses

2. Should have cleared the course in a single attempt

3. Must have studied in institutions located within Kerala

4. Degree must be from:
   a. Indian affiliated Universities
   b. Accredited institutions such as Govt. / Aided Colleges, Affiliated Institutions, Parallel Colleges, or Distance Education Centres

C. Merit Criteria:

1. Higher marks will be given preference

2. If two or more students qualify equally, student with higher disability percentage gets preference

D. Income Criteria:

1. No income limit – all eligible students can apply

B. Submit to the District Social Justice Office / concerned authority with all necessary documents

A. Personal Identification:

1. Aadhar Card

2. UDID Card

3. Passport-sized Photograph

B. Academic Documents:

1. Attested copy of course completion certificate

2. Marksheet showing exam passed in single attempt

C. Banking Details:

1. Copy of Bank Passbook, attested by a Gazetted Officer

D. Disability Certification:

1. Medical Board Certificate showing 40% or more disability
