Details

To provide financial support to students with disabilities to pursue education in schools, colleges, professional, postgraduate, and technical courses.

Benefits

A. Scholarship amount is provided annually to eligible students with a minimum 40% disability.
B. Applicable to students pursuing:

  1. School education

  2. College-level studies

  3. Professional courses

  4. Postgraduate programs

  5. Technical training

Eligibility

A. Type and Percentage of Disability:

  1. Must have Blindness, Orthopaedic Disability, or Intellectual Disability

  2. Minimum 40% disability

B. Age and Residency:

  1. Applicant must be 18 years or older

  2. Must be a permanent resident of Kerala

C. Income Criteria:

  1. Annual family income should be below ₹36,000

Application Process (Offline)

A. Download or collect the application form from the concerned office or official website.
B. Fill out the form and attach required documents (listed below).
C. Submit the completed form to the District Social Justice Office.
